Vapour-infused gin
Settlers Spirits is a small craft distillery on Foggo Road, McLaren Vale, distinguished by its unusual approach to gin: every botanical is individually vapour-infused in a copper pot still rather than thrown into the same mash. The result is a brighter, more concentrated essence than most standard gins on the market.
At the distillery door
Eleven gins are available on tasting at the cellar door, alongside the distillery's whisky, rum, vodka and liqueurs. Gin flights with cheese pairings, and a hands-on Gin Masterclass where you blend and bottle your own recipe to take home.
The view
The distillery door overlooks the surrounding McLaren Vale vineyards and out to the Willunga Hills. Open Friday to Sunday.
