Russell's Pizza has been serving woodfired pizzas from a single brick oven in a walled garden at 13 High Street, Willunga since 2001. Russell Jeavons, a former chef of the Uraidla Aristologist, uses a no-compromise approach: sourdough, wood fire, seasonal Fleurieu toppings, and a communal-table dining room in the cottage yard.
Booking and timings
Russell's is open Friday and Saturday nights only. Bookings are essential and sometimes taken months in advance.
