Little Wolf Osteria at Mitolo Wines

Italian osteria in a McMurtrie Road winery

Mitolo Wines' cellar door and Little Wolf Osteria - Italian small-plate dining surrounded by Mediterranean gardens on McMurtrie Road.

An Italian winery restaurant

Mitolo Wines blends a striking contemporary cellar door with Little Wolf Osteria, an Italian restaurant led by Fleurieu chef Dave Rizzi. Housed in a dramatic stone-and-glass winery on McMurtrie Road, the osteria focuses on wood-fired pizzas, house-made pasta, antipasti and small Italian plates designed to pair with Mitolo's Italian-inflected reds like the G.A.M. and Jester Sangiovese.

Cellar door plus evening events

The cellar door and osteria open Friday to Monday from 10am. On Saturday evenings Mitolo also runs Frankie Italo Dining + Disco - a retro dinner-disco with a longer-form menu and DJs - making it one of the more unusual dining nights in McLaren Vale. Bookings via Tock are recommended for both daytime lunches and evening events.
